The room was high standard, there were central heating, TV set and a microwave oven. The location was good and perfect for traveling around Round Rock, not far from Austin complimented by Quality Inn, and places to eat.

The staff here were amazing and friendly day and night. the room was spotless and really nice, plus the hypo-allergenic pillows made me sleep like a baby 🛌.

My reservation had been "lost" (had booked through Booked.net) and they accommodated me with little effort. Enjoyed our complimentary breakfasts and staff was always helpful when I needed something. We had the king suite, which we enjoyed.
Carpets could use either cleaning or new carpets. I know hotel carpets get a lot of abuse but my husband just wore his white socks around (I had slippers) and they were embarrassingly black on the bottom. Wouldn't want to think about having walked around barefooted. Musty or some type smell but with some freshener, it dissipated.

The staff was very nice, and helped me anytime I needed anything. It was also located very close to Dell Diamond, which is where I was spending most of my time for the trip.
When I first entered the room it smelled very musty, and I thought it smelled like it had been used as a smoking room. Also the pool looked very dirty, although it did get drained and cleaned during my stay.

Vending machines were not stocked and did not function properly. A staff member did refund money lost in the soda machine.

The rooms at Quality Inn were spacious, clean, and felt newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable, and the exterior grounds were immaculately kept up, which was very impressive. the hotel's location near shopping centers and exciting places made our stay convenient and enjoyable.

The room was dirty. There was a hole in the bathtub covered by a plastic mat that was stained. The bath sink faucet was broken. The hand towels and washcloths were very stained. The hotel and room was very old.

Staff members where great to work with. Very positive and helpful. Room was very comfortable.
Easy to miss the entrance and then you have to work your way back around to the motel.
